ETSI develops complex test suites in TTCN-3. Such projects can involve numerous developers and can produce more than 100 000 lines of code. A high level of code quality is fundamental for ETSI projects.
Availability of TTCN-3 certified team members is important to ETSI as it increases the level of confidence for project leaders regarding the quality of TTCN-3 code.
This is why ETSI has decided to provide the opportunity for testing experts to take the TTCN-3 Certificate®.
Syllabus and the exam are based on the TTCN-3 standard series. The syllabus itself is provided by the German Testing Board and can be downloaded here.
